How do I get started with treatment?
Start your testosterone and thyroid treatment by ordering your hormone test kit and scheduling an online video consultation with a Male Excel medical provider. Your hormone test kit measures your testosterone, estradiol, DHEA-S, Free T3 (thyroid), and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. During your appointment, our experts will review your symptoms, medical history, and health goals and answer all your questions. You’ll also receive our easy-to-use at-home hormone test kit to see where your levels are.
How long does it take HRT to work?
Some patients notice immediate changes, while others may take longer. How soon you see results from your Testosterone Replacement Therapy varies from patient to patient. Several factors influence the onset of your results, including the severity and type of symptoms being treated, and your physiological makeup.
What type of testosterone treatment do you offer?
We offer two options: testosterone cypionate injections and testosterone cream. Testosterone injections, using a thin insulin needle, have a lower cost, while testosterone cream, which is applied topically, has the advantage of ease and convenience. Both treatments are highly effective at optimizing your testosterone levels. We also prescribe Triclozene (clomiphene citrate) for men, which can help improve several aspects of male health, including low testosterone levels, hormone ratios and sperm production.
Why do you prescribe daily testosterone injections or creams/gels?

Do you prescribe an estrogen blocker?
No. Male Excel does not prescribe estrogen blockers like anastrozole. Estrogen is crucial for men’s health—supporting mood, libido, sleep, metabolism, and brain function. Blocking it can lead to serious side effects, including joint pain, anxiety, erectile dysfunction, low libido, fatigue, memory loss, and increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
