ED Overview & Getting Started

At MaleExcel.com, you can receive treatment for erectile dysfunction in just a few easy steps. Our process requires you to complete a medical questionnaire online. In some states, a virtual consultation with a Male Excel medical provider will be required. Upon completing your questionnaire, a US-licensed medical provider will review it. If they determine ED medication is right for you, a licensed pharmacy will prepare and ship your discreetly-packaged medication to you.

When you get an erection, blood flows into your penis and is temporarily trapped there, creating pressure in the surrounding chambers that causes your penis to expand. When you have ED, this process is interrupted. Male Excel’s ED medication works by increasing blood flow to your penis, helping to improve the ability to get and maintain erections. Sexual stimulation is all that is required for ED medication to work. After sex, the erection should go away. In the rare event of an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention to avoid permanent damage.

Male Excel prescribes Sildenafil (Viagra®) and Tadalafil (Cialis®), also known as oral PDE-5 inhibitors. Sildenafil was the first extensively researched PDE5 inhibitor, and it was FDA-approved in 1998 under the name Viagra® to treat ED in men. Tadalafil has been on the market since 2003 to treat ED. Male Excel offers the generic versions of these medications for a fraction of the cost of their name-brand equivalents.
If you’d like to take Cialis® for erectile dysfunction, you’ve got two options: You can take a higher-dose Cialis® tablet on an as-needed basis (only when you want to have sex), or you can take a lower-dose Cialis® tablet every day (so you can have sex at any time).

ED Treatment

Male Excel providers are US-licensed healthcare professionals. Each provider is legally qualified to evaluate your health status and prescribe ED medications, like Generic Viagra®, Generic Cialis® and Generic Daily Cialis®. They are also qualified to prescribe these medications to you online, so you can avoid trips to in-person clinics or pharmacies.

For your safety, Male Excel currently only prescribes ED medication online to men who have physically seen a doctor in the past three years. As long as you have seen a doctor for any reason and gotten your vitals (blood pressure, etc.) measured within the past three years, our medical providers can prescribe ED medication to you.

Your provider will review your medical history on your Male Excel questionnaire to determine if any of your current medications are contraindicated for ED medication or if a reaction could occur.

With Male Excel’s Generic Daily Cialis®, there’s no need to schedule your dose or plan ahead. By taking a low dose of Generic Daily Cialis®, your body can be ready for sex at any time. Male Excel’s Generic Daily Cialis® is best suited for men who:

  • Have sex on a regular basis
  • Don’t want to worry about taking a pill before sex
  • Don’t want to wait for Cialis® to kick in (it can take 1 to 2 hours)
  • Prefer to be more spontaneous
Duration of erection varies depending on your dosage, your body’s metabolism and other external factors. Sildenafil (Viagra®) for ED (erectile dysfunction) lasts about four hours. Generic Cialis®, known as Tadalafil, has the longest action of any available PDE5 inhibitor at 24 to 36 hours.
To order, complete your Online Questionnaire. A Male Excel licensed provider will review your answers and — if deemed appropriate — prescribe your medication. A US pharmacy will then mail your medication directly to you.
Sildenafil (Viagra®) for ED (erectile dysfunction) lasts up to four hours or longer depending on your dosage, your body’s metabolism and other external factors. It reaches peak concentrations in about an hour, so it’s best to take sildenafil 30 to 60 minutes before sex. While you can take it up to four hours beforehand, the effects will decrease after two hours or so.
Generic Cialis® (Tadalafil) starts to work within 1-2 hours after taking the medication and can last 24 to 36 hours — the longest duration of any available ED medication. 
Ideally, Viagra® (Sildenafil) should be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sex, but can be taken up to 4 hours prior to sexual activity. Sildenafil usually takes action within an hour. Like with other ED medications, you’ll only achieve an erection once sexually aroused.

Customer Support & Billing

You are initially charged for ED medication if a physician has determined it safe and appropriate for you to take the ED treatment and the provider has written a prescription. After that, you’re automatically billed every 60 days, with the option to cancel at any time you choose.

Your Male Excel provider may recommend trying the ED medication at a higher dose, depending on your reaction to the medication and any side effects. If you’ve been prescribed ED medication from Male Excel and aren’t seeing results, please contact your Male Excel provider.

We send a text notification 48 hours prior to processing a refill to allow time for you to make adjustments to your treatment plan, including cancellation.To make updates to your plan, please click on the link in your text notification.
